Brand: Travel Atlass IT Solution • Effective Date: 12 October 2026 • Website: https://itsolutions.travelatlass.com

1. Introduction

Welcome to Travel Atlass IT Solution (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide information technology and digital services, including website development, software and web application development, mobile application development, search engine optimisation (SEO), digital marketing, IT consulting, and technical maintenance.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we offer.

Travel Atlass IT Solution is a business brand operated by a team. The name used on this website does not, by itself, represent that the brand is a separately incorporated company or registered partnership firm.

By using our website, contacting us regarding our services, or engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms applicable to that activity. A separate quotation, statement of work, or Client Service Agreement may establish additional project-specific terms.

2. Scope of Services

Depending on the agreed quotation and project requirements, our services may include:

  • Website design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Software and web application development.
  • Mobile application development.
  • Search engine optimisation and digital marketing.
  • IT consulting, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Website updates, maintenance, and related technical services.

The exact scope, features, deliverables, price, timeline, and responsibilities will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Services mentioned on the website are descriptions of our capabilities and do not constitute a guarantee that every service is immediately available or included in every project.

3. Quotations and Project Approval

We may provide quotations or proposals based on the information supplied by a prospective client.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quotation:

  • Covers only the services and deliverables expressly described in it.
  • Is subject to confirmation of requirements, availability, and any necessary third-party dependencies.
  • Does not include unlisted features, additional revisions, ongoing maintenance, hosting, domain registration, paid software, advertising budgets, or other external expenses.
  • May need to be revised if the project requirements materially change.

A project will ordinarily begin after the client approves the quotation, confirms the applicable terms, provides the necessary information, and makes any agreed initial payment.

4. Pricing and Payments

Payment terms will be agreed individually for each project and recorded in the relevant quotation, invoice, or written agreement.

Depending on the project, payment may be required in stages, against milestones, or according to another agreed schedule.

We may pause work if a payment becomes overdue after notifying the client and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

The client is responsible for paying agreed charges and authorised third-party expenses. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown or handled as required by law.

We do not represent ourselves as GST-registered unless our registration status has been confirmed and applicable registration details are provided.

5. Domain, Hosting, and Third-Party Expenses

Unless expressly included in a written quotation, the client is responsible for purchasing and paying for:

  • Domain names and domain renewals.
  • Website hosting, cloud hosting, and server resources.
  • Paid themes, plugins, templates, fonts, APIs, and software licences.
  • Email hosting, storage, and other subscription services.
  • App store developer accounts and associated fees.
  • SMS, WhatsApp Business, payment gateway, and other third-party service charges.
  • Paid advertising budgets and third-party marketing tools.
  • SSL certificates or other separately charged infrastructure services, where applicable.

Third-party pricing, availability, renewal terms, and service conditions are controlled by the relevant provider and may change independently of us.

Where practical, we recommend that domains, hosting accounts, and other essential business subscriptions be registered in the client's name and under the client's control. If we help purchase or configure these services, the parties should agree in writing on account ownership, access, and payment responsibilities.

We are not responsible for a third-party provider's independent outage, price change, account suspension, or discontinuation, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or arises from our own breach.

6. Project Timelines and Client Responsibilities

Project timelines will be agreed individually.

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate requirements, content, images, branding, and other necessary materials.
  • Provide timely feedback, approvals, and decisions.
  • Ensure that supplied content and materials may lawfully be used.
  • Arrange required domain, hosting, software, and third-party accounts or payments.
  • Provide authorised access to systems where necessary.
  • Review deliverables and report issues within the agreed review period.

Delays in receiving materials, approvals, access, or payments may affect delivery dates and milestones. We will communicate material delays where reasonably practicable and adjust the schedule as appropriate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law and the terms of the project agreement.

7. Revisions and Changes to Scope

Unless a quotation states otherwise, a project includes two rounds of revisions within the originally agreed scope.

A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback on a relevant draft, design, or deliverable.

Revisions may include reasonable adjustments to the approved work. They do not automatically include:

  • New features or pages not included in the original scope.
  • A complete redesign after approval.
  • New integrations or changes to agreed functionality.
  • Rebuilding work because of a change in the client's requirements.
  • Corrections to client-supplied content after approval, where these require additional work.

Additional work will be discussed and may be charged separately after the client approves the additional scope and price.

Corrections needed to address a demonstrable failure to meet the agreed specifications will be handled under the applicable project agreement and will not automatically be treated as chargeable scope changes.

8. SEO and Digital Marketing Disclaimer

SEO and digital marketing results depend on factors that may include search engine algorithms, competition, website history, technical conditions, content quality, advertising budgets, and market behaviour.

We do not guarantee: specific search engine rankings, a particular amount of website traffic, leads, sales, or revenue, approval for advertising accounts or third-party platforms, or a specific timeframe for SEO results.

We will perform the agreed work with reasonable care and skill, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Advertising spend, paid SEO tools, premium subscriptions, and other external costs are payable by the client unless expressly included in the quotation.

9. Intellectual Property and Deliverables

Ownership and usage rights are governed by the applicable quotation or Client Service Agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client will receive ownership of the specifically agreed custom deliverables upon full payment of all amounts due for the relevant work, subject to third-party licences, open-source terms, and rights in pre-existing materials.

Our pre-existing code, reusable components, methods, frameworks, know-how, templates, and development tools do not automatically transfer to the client.

Third-party software, stock assets, fonts, plugins, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to us do not infringe third-party rights. Source code and working files will be handed over only to the extent included in the agreed deliverables.

10. Confidentiality and Information Security

We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential client information received for a project and use it only for the project, related support, or other purposes permitted by the applicable agreement or law.

The client should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information or sharing passwords through insecure channels.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use our website or services to commit fraud, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, infringe intellectual property or legal rights, publish harmful content, or interfere with system operations.

12. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

Projects may rely on hosting companies, domain registrars, APIs, payment processors, app stores, plugins, or external platforms. We cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation or continued compatibility.

13. Working Hours, Communications, and Availability Schedule

To ensure focused technical execution, sustainable team operations, and reliable service quality, Travel Atlass IT Solution adheres strictly to the following operating schedule:

• Daily Working Hours: Our team operates for 6 active working hours per day.

• Working Days: We operate on 5 working days per week (Monday through Friday). Saturdays and Sundays are official non-working weekly closures.

• Voice & Telephone Calling Window: Direct phone/voice telephone calls are accepted and responded to exclusively between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) on working days (Monday to Friday).

• Out-of-Hours & Weekend Communications: No voice calls or routine messages will be answered, acknowledged, or responded to outside of the 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST window or on Saturdays, Sundays, and declared public holidays, unless an authentic, verifiable critical emergency is established (such as complete production server downtime or severe data compromise directly affecting live mission-critical deployments).

• Non-Emergency Routine Queries: Inquiries, non-critical revision notes, or task submissions received outside operational hours will be logged and addressed during the next consecutive business day's operating shift.

14. Maintenance and Support

Ongoing maintenance is a separate paid service unless expressly included in the quotation or agreement. Completing a development project does not automatically create a continuing maintenance obligation.

15. Suspension and Termination

Either party may seek to terminate a project in accordance with the applicable Client Service Agreement or written cancellation terms.

On termination, the client remains responsible for agreed fees for completed work, authorised expenses already incurred, and any other amounts lawfully due under the agreement.

16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We will use reasonable care and skill in performing agreed services. We do not promise that a website, application, or system will always be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

Subject to applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent such liability may lawfully be excluded.

17. Privacy

Personal information may be collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy. Contact us at support@itsolutions.travelatlass.com for data requests.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith written discussions.
